Liz Parrish founded BioViva Sciences in 2014 to point gene therapy at ageing itself. In 2015 she became the first person to receive a combined gene therapy against biological ageing, with herself as the subject. BioViva now runs combinatorial gene therapies on its own CMV delivery platform, and she argues the regulatory case for Best Choice Medicine — faster approval routes for genetic therapy.
